The Air condition extra fee is not included in the price.
Rates: Rates quoted in HUF (Hungarian Forints) and in EURO -- including taxes and VAT. It contains the overhead charges, cleaning once a week, usage of bed linen, towel and kitchen textile and the amount of the tourist tax.
Payments and Guarantees
You have to stay at least 2 days to be able to book the apartment, and have to pay the cost of the first 2 nights in advance.
Your credit card information is only required to guarantee your reservation. In order to confirm the card's validity, the cost of one night's stay will be loaded onto your bank account. This is not a deduction or a payment; it is only a pre-loading. We will charge your credit card only in case of no-show or if you cancel after the deadline. As soon as you arrive and check in, this pre-loading will be cancelled.
You will be asked to pay in cash for your accommodation upon check in. If you would like to pay by credit card, please inform us in advance.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be made in writing. The date BBA receives notification of the cancellation will be deemed to be the date of cancellation. If you cancel later than the following deadlines or you do not show up, the first night's stay will be charged to your credit card.
If you cancel the booking 30 days before you come, cancellation is free. Within 30 days deposit will be charge. We could not accept cancellation or modification 7 days before arrival.
Address: We send you the precise adress by return to the reservation.
Keys: One set of keys will be given to guests at the time of arrival. Failure to return the keys, irrespective of the reason, will result in the locks having to be replaced for security reasons. Because replacement of the locks will necessitate the purchase of a number of new sets of keys, the cost of these changes will be charged to the guests.
Pets: Pets are not permitted in any of our apartments.
Smoking: Due to the risk of fire, smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Furthermore, it is difficult and expensive to remove tobacco odors which non-smokers find offensive. Smoking is permitted on the balcony .
Local rules and conditions:
It should be noted that the apartments are located within a community which includes permanent residents. Guests shall not cause a nuisance to other residents, and shall at all times observe the community rules as listed within or immediately outside the apartment and within the grounds where applicable. Music or loud noise is not permitted between 10pm and 7am.
Anti-social behavior: If guests persistently behave in such a manner as to cause a nuisance to other residents, or indulge in drug-taking, excessive drinking or other anti-social behavior, those persons will be expelled from the property. Any other action deemed appropriate will also be taken. Should this occur, no compensation or refund will be paid.
